FleetLeaks is an independent maritime sanctions monitoring platform that aggregates publicly available vessel designation data from official government sources including, but not limited to, US OFAC, UK OFSI, EU sanctions authorities, and other jurisdictions. We provide this information for research, due diligence, and compliance purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
  • You understand that information provided is for informational purposes only

3. Permitted Use

The vessel and sanctions data displayed on FleetLeaks is sourced from public government records and official sanctions lists. We do not claim ownership of this public domain information. Our aggregation, presentation, and analysis of this data may be subject to copyright protection.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
